As a manufacturer of press brake dies, both general purpose and special design type, Perfection Machine and Tool Works endeavors to design and manufacture press brake tooling that will safely produce the parts needed by our customers. They are entended to be used in a press brake that has the proper safety equipment to safeguard against any persons inadvertently leaving fingers, hands or other body parts in the point of operation area during the operation. These safeguards should also take into account the possibility of employees other than the operator entering the area at the back of the press brake where they could be injured while the equipment is in motion. When purchasing our press brake dies, it is understood that Perfection Machine & Tool Works has no way of insuring the customer's operator will use proper machine guarding, use of gages, etc. and it is the customer and his employees responsiblity to ensure that they are used at all times. The customer should insure that it meets the requirements of all mandatory local, State and Federal safety codes as applicable. We are selling these dies to be used in compliance with industry standards as described and illustrated In the American National Standards bulletin ANSI-B11-3, covering "safety requirements for construction, care and use of Power Press Brakes."
